Jordan and HUMAIN Sign MoU to Strengthen Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem

The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and Saudi AI company HUMAIN have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in artificial intelligence, including the development of Arabic AI models, accelerating AI adoption in the government sector, supporting startups, and developing Jordanian talent and capabilities.

The agreement, signed on the sidelines of LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, also aims to enhance access to advanced AI computing infrastructure and create opportunities for Jordanian companies to participate in AI innovation and development.

Minister Sami Samir emphasized that the partnership marks an important step in Jordan’s transition from adopting AI technologies to actively contributing to their development, in line with the directives of Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II.
