Public Consultations and Surveys

To enhance the transparency, accountability and improve the comprehensive reform process in governments procedures and services centered around citizens’ needs, and based on the requirements of the Jordanian policy for electronics participation 2021 and the second commitment of The Fifth National Action Plan 2021 – 2025 Under the Open Government “Enhancing Community Engagement in the Decision-Making Process through Electronic Tools”, the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in cooperation with Legislation and Opinion Bureau, Jordan open source association and International Center for Not-for-Profit Law  in preparing the draft of general principles of e-participation and its controls.

The draft of general principles aims to effective use of electronic tools during consultations by individuals, entities, NGOs and all segments of society to achieve the goals of community participation and organize it.

In order to ensure partnership among all stakeholders in the fields of community engagement in the Kingdom, the Ministry announces the presentation of the draft general principles and controls of e-participation on the Ministry’s website for general consultation starting from Sunday 24/9/2023 for a month until 3:30 pm on Thursday 19/10/2023.
